New Chairman at the Gibraltar Philharmonic Society

As of 25th June 2009, James Lasry, Partner and Head of the Funds Department at Hassans was appointed Chairman of the Gibraltar Philharmonic Society, following the retirement of Ian Angus.

The Society is a Registered Charity and not-for-profit organisation and since starting in late 1998 they have organised a programme of monthly concerts and recitals every year.

James will be working closely with the Societies' musical director, Karel Mark Chichon and with the Societies' Committee to put on concerts in Gibraltar.
