Nicholas Howard
Nicholas has extensive experience in general company and commercial disputes, including pre-emptive injunctive relief and similar remedies, international commercial litigation and arbitration. He often advises shareholders in contentious shareholder disputes and minority shareholders' rights.
Nicholas also has specialist knowledge in insolvency, regularly advising and representing both creditors and liquidators.
Nicholas' other areas of practice include trust litigation and admiralty.
Having joined Hassans as a senior associate in 2003, Nicholas' clients now include large local and international corporations, as well as corporate service providers. He regularly works with the major London and international law firms.
A law graduate from Leeds University, Nicholas completed the Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law in London, as a member of Lincoln’s Inn. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales and the Gibraltar Bar in 1998.
